Job Summary

OurPharma LLC is looking for a qualified individual to join our team as a full-time Sterile Production Assistant (SPA). The SPA is an important member of the sterile compounding team working to prevent contamination during all processes in the production of compounded sterile preparations.

OurPharma is an FDA-registered 503b outsourcing facility created to address the need for medications that are in short supply regionally and nationally. Our focus is on sterile-to-sterile and API-sterile compounding of injectables and intravenous fluids needed by hospitals, surgery centers and clinics. Our headquarters are in Fayetteville, Arkansas and we pride ourselves on producing high quality medications for healthcare organizations across the United States.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for:

Strictly adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs) to prevent contamination during all processes associated with production of compounded sterile preparations.
Performing work in a sterile, cleanroom environment following proper hand washing, gloving, and gowning techniques.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

Related work experience preferred.

Certification and Licensure

Willingness to obtain AR pharmacy technician license within one year preferred.

Schedule

8-hour shift, M-F. May occasionally be scheduled for Saturday, Holiday, or extended shift, based on business needs

Pay

Competitive starting pay rates with variable starting pay based on Experience and Certifications
